Training masters
In this matter the management of the enterprise has achieved high results. Over recent years it has been possible to train masters in the key specialities:

- ✓ Masters making bodies for custom bayans
- ✓ Three masters making the right-hand mechanics of the Jupiter bayan
- ✓ A master making the left-hand mechanics of the Jupiter bayan
- ✓ A master making reed plates
- ✓ Two masters for the final assembly and tuning of bayans and accordions
A great deal of work has been done to train and re-train specialists from enterprises in the DPRK, as well as masters servicing and carrying out warranty repairs of instruments in Western Europe — in France and Spain. The nearest task is to train reed-plate makers in both the “Moscow” (Gavrilin, Bocharev) and the Tula (Plotnikov) schools.

To develop its own production, the country’s musical culture and the art of the bayan worldwide, the management of Jupiter LLC continuously trains and re-trains masters in the regions of Russia and other countries.
Conditions: training takes place only at the production base of Jupiter LLC at 119530, Moscow, Ochakovskoe shosse, building 28; meals and accommodation at your own expense. The company assists in acquiring and making the necessary tools (vices, shears, files, etc.) for further practical work.
